Antonia is interested in the strategic strengthening of knowledge and technology transfer in the German research and innovation system. Her research focuses on the development of measures for the establishment of a 'transfer culture' in research institutions. She works as Transferwissenschaft's project lead, and also contributes her expertise to the strategic objectives of the project.

Antonia studied Sociology (MA) and Cultural Studies (BA) in Berlin, Frankfurt/Oder, and Warsaw. She joined the Fraunhofer Center for Responsible Research and Innovation (CeRRI) in 2015, where she has been investigating various topics in knowledge and technology transfer, and developed methods for facilitating and strengthening transfer between various stakeholders. _______________________________________________________________________________
